Onchain Address Book

Fiat offramps often fail due to mismatched metadata or incomplete KYB/C. Codex ensures all required information is available at execution time.

Codex maintains a canonical mapping of identity and banking metadata to onchain addresses:

• User Address Book: Maps EOAs to KYB levels and linked IBANs, accessible only to Codex and authorized ramps.
• Ramp Address Book: Stores ramp-specific compliance rules, visible to addresses that have passed onchain KYB checks.

These predeploy contracts act as authenticated registries, enforceable at execution time.
